Cold!
Somehow the last two days seemed to be colder than usual. I have my workstation in my garage turned quilting studio. Yesterday, I refused to work in that room at all. It was too cold for comfort. Doug and I have talked about getting a portable heater for me, but all that remained of that talk, is just that. Talk.
I am back sitting on my high stool using the lap top that is on my kitchen counter-top. The stool is not as comfortable as my executive swivel chair with a massage cushion on it. What to do? I hate the cold.
Maybe this weekend I will insist on getting that heater for the studio! I can’t quilt, or sew in there either. It is just too damn cold!

Is it expensive? The portable heater thingy?

Haha, not expensive lah, but it can consume quite a bit of electricity! Our central heating uses gas and more economical than electricity.
Doug says this weekend we’ll get it. He suggests we get the heating lamp kind because it targets objects rather than warming up the air in the room. My studio is a very big room, about as big as my living room.
