I carried my fashionable big bag all around Disneyland and LA last week. But one of the straps came undone when the stitching that held the strap together came undone. Fortunately, it happened on the last day of our stay in LA.

On Sunday, there as a Fiesta on Broadway in LA. The streets near Broadway were closed. We walked up and down two streets before calling it quits. It was a really hot day that day. What also made the situation worse for us was the air-conditioning in our van stopped working after a few minutes of turning it on when we arrived in southern California on Wednesday! What a miserable time we had in the hot van!

As for the fashionable big handbag, I should have just stuck to a little one. The bigger the bag, the more stuff you tend to put in it! Even Doug complained about the weight when I passed it to him!
