Egg Laying Season
Our geese, the female ones that is, have started laying eggs again.
We have a total of twelve geese and I think about half of them are female. Last year they laid a lot of eggs, but we did not allow any of the eggs to hatch.
You know why. Inbreeding can’t be good! 
We gave away a lot of the eggs last year, and this year one of the people we gave some of the eggs to, is already looking forward to enjoying some farm raised and organic goose eggs!
Can’t blame her because one goose egg is about the size of two chicken eggs.
