Colorful Eggplants

This morning was the first I’d seen this rather colorful eggplants at our local weekly produce market. They remind me a lot of the little pumpkins.
I can just see how these eggplants add color to a dish. I might buy some one day and try them in a dish … a curry dish, maybe, because little eggplants like these go well in curry dishes.
